I am getting glasses next week. While I was at my appointment my eye doctor was telling me about "blue light"(off of new computer screens/phones), which is supposedly bad for your ocular health. She prescribed me a special lens that will help to block some of the blue light from affecting my retina (I am assuming). Do any of you believe that blue light is actually bad for your eyes or is it all BS just to get more money out of you.
