    how do I edit a message?

    I am confused by this forum layout I cannot find anywhere to edit my messages

    There should be this "Edit Post" link on the right hand side of the bar under your post. However, it may be disabled after some time.

    the edit post link disappears after a certain amount of time (1 hour?).
    What can this strange device be?
    When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
    It's got wires that vibrate and give music
    What can this thing be that I found?
