My brother got a bottle of this stuff, I can say first-hand, that video is very believable.
But really, you'd think the joke's off when you start throwing up blood

Not to be a naysayer, but when I see a guy swallow a red liquid and then puke a few minutes later... I wouldn't assume the redness of the puke is blood. Mix a little hot sauce with various bodily fluids that would be in your throat and I'm sure you'll get something that looks like bits of blood.

That said, I don't get any of these challenges... the cinnamon challenge, the milk challenge, the hot sauce challenge... how much pride do you actually gain from doing these things?

I seem to think, from my own teen days, the challenge was more like how much pride you can retain during a really stupid and immature display like this one we see here.

Yes. I also have my doubts. I'm also thinking that, for that to be blood, he would have had to seriously damage his stomach (considering the time he started chucking). I don't see how a spoon of that sauce could do it. He would have to be rushed to the hospital and he would be a life-threatening situation.

This has nothing on the robitussin challenge -- altho there is a reward at the end of that one if you keep it down long enough, but do not hold onto it for too long, lol. xX_Xx Unfortunately a number of years ago unadulterated clear dextromethorphan syrup disappeared from shelves, and some of the stuff they put in compound syrups (eg, guaifenesin) is not so nice when taken in excess...

I did something like this with wasabi the first time I ever tried it, in the middle of an upscale sushi joint -- my friend said, "This is really hot," and so I grinned and swallowed shoved a good 2 tablespoons in my mouth. I did not get sick, but I was very discombobulated for a few minutes. Someone said it looked like my whole face was crying

Anyone ever tested bear repellent before?

i wouldnt call it a challenge MK27 lol Thats actually a recreational drug believe it or not! The chemical DXM or dextromethorphan is what cases the high. Its more or less a disassociative like ketamine. There is a way to remove the guaifenesin. You should google agent lemon. The method uses lemon juice and various chemicals to lower and raise the ph level to extract the pure DXM. Its actually pretty cool. I think you can order it online lol Not sure if its legal tho.
    agent lemon link ---> http://www.dextroverse.org/txt/agentlemon1.txt

Ive never had wasabi. Sushi joint here i come heh heh

But I dont care how old you are; If you arent a tight a$$ and like to have fun...This is a cool way of doing it lol im ordering it and im going to give it to everyone i know lol If they refuse ill bring them a cup of coffee and a bagel with dave's insanity sauce on it muah ha ha ha lol

Yarin, even if that wasnt blood; That was still pretty brutal! He puked for christ sakes. That says a lot right there lol That is one hot hot sauce

I'm not impressed by puking... there are a million things that you can consume an excessive quantity of that would yield the same result. Why not start the potato chip challenge? See who can eat 15 large bags of potato chips in 5 minutes... or maybe the water challenge. See if you can down four gallons of water in two minutes. No, no... it's too extreme. Let's just go ride our skateboards down to the 7-11 and buy some Mountain Dew.

Hey don't bring 7-11 into it. I like to get cheap donuts from there, and other stuff. They're awesome.

The two are not mutually exclusive!

If you take enough, DXM will make you extremely nauseous, like some other psychedelics. But if you have a good puke 30-60 minutes later the nausea immediately subsides and you become extremely high. If you try and hold it down instead, you remain miserable for hours.

Like being sick, huh? I'll see your ipecac, and raise you a 2-hour Justin Bieber concert...

Fordy id rather chug a hole bottle of epicac on top of a whole bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce rather then attend a Justin Beiber concert!!

Bernt, its not just about throwing up man. Its about the person thinking they could do and not knowing. Then seeing em in pain and watching them realize they messed up lol and the whole process is just hilarious! I say the epicac challenge is lame.

Reminded me of this scene from Family Guy.
"Owners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are god. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are gods."

If it floats your boat, it could be played a la Russian Roulette: "one of these muffins has ipecac...".
