    This is our time.

The technology is here now. Some of us are using it. Some of us are those who are inventing it. We mustn't fear -- we must push forward. This is not the time for ideological bickering. It is the time for cooperation and imagination. The youth will define the future for us all. The rest must follow and support them. It is the future now. I grew up during the transition, but I am not obsolete. Respect us -- but have the courage to move beyond. We are here to help you make the future. Please listen to us.

    That is all.

Something worth being put at the end of our resumes. Unfortunately it is not even the younger generation which refuses to hire us. It's our own generation who does. Doesn't make sense, but I don't see things changing. I think it was probably like this before too. I do distinctly remember taking away jobs from the older generation who had way more experience that I had at the time. And I should wonder if this isn't exactly how they felt.

You do think at some point that what we are in fact lacking is better qualified bosses.

Anyways, I may have gone on a bit of a tangent to what I think you were saying. But... yeah.

Too bad the future won't be needing us when it's all said and done...
