    Editor issue...

Is anyone having a problem with the text in the Quick and Advanced editors jumping around when you move the mouse into and out of the edit box?

What I get is that whenever the text is taller than the window it will jump up and down as the mouse cursor moves... just started this today, plenty annoying.

You've been beta testing the bleeding edge Clippy again, haven't you?

Well... as it turns out IE was on some bizarre trip... In Internet Options -> Advanced there's a checkbox to "enable caret browsing"... apparently it defaults to on... so in the process of reading and replying to messages I had two carets going in different places on the same page, one in the editor and the other on the page itself... slide mouse out of editor window... thing snaps to other caret... slide back in, thing jumps to first caret... Honestly, it was making me dizzy...

I'm glad it was this end, not that end... but then one does need to ask, who would put such a stupid option in a web browser?
Oh yeah... that would be microsoft.

AFAIK, there is some "caret browsing" feature in Firefox, too. I just forgot what shortcut activates it.

F7 ...the feature sounds good (for example, when reading long documents)....but is very annoying to use.

I've decided to give claret browsing a try...hiccup. Good thing you don't need a license to operate a home computer, I should be two sheets to the wind by lunch.
