It's probably STL Error Decryptor for C++.
For this you would probably not want to use the cl.cpp wrapper included. But provide your own that compiles, calls the STLFilt.pl script and tweets.
No worries.. but you stated it in a somewhat serious tone (or at least it could be taken for that) and there's always the risk some fool out there would think it was a good idea.
It has long been my experience that when given the choice between brilliance and tom-foolery most people automatically gravitate to the latter.
