    Name that game!

Anyone know the name of that game that is played with 2 players on a 2D grid with the rules:

    - On a player's turn, he can break off X rows or Y columns from the grid
    - If, on a player's turn, there is only 1 block in the grid left, he loses

Sounds like a Misère - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia game. I would guess it to be Nim - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia but then again you can't break off columns from the grid.

No programming language is perfect. There is not even a single best language; there are only languages well suited or perhaps poorly suited for particular purposes.
