    Can't edit an old post?

Hey I just uploaded a update for a game I posted and I wanted to change the link in the post to the new uploaded file version. When I went into the post your games here section (I am logged in). There isn't a option to edit the post anymore. I'm sure I'm overlooking something, because the rules of the board was to never post a game twice so can someone throw me a bone?

I'm sure I'm just doing something retarded again.

FYI, you are able to edit your posts for a certain interval. It is something like 24-48 hours. After that, you can't edit your posts anymore.
I believe the intention is to discourage newbies who tend to edit out their original post after getting it solved.

I believe, additionally, you might not be able to edit a post once it ha been replied to. I don't know if this is used here, though.

KK thanks for the information I'm wondering then why the sticky on post your games still reads
    - Only one post per game will be allowed. If you update your game, edit the existing post, do not create a new one. If you need to post more than one source file, use a compressed archive, eg ZIP format.

    - No linking to off-site hosts, these disappear all too often, and no-one likes a dead link
because it seems you can't upload a zip file either... I tried three times then finally linked a off-site host
