Thread: Viewing a processor schedule or something of the like

Does anyone know of an application, tool, or open source library that allows the viewing and/or creation of schedules (such as a processor/thread schedule).

Something that looks along the lines of this:

I have looked all over the internet and have found absolutely nothing. Sure, everyone has created their own diagrams of how a schedule could look (like the pictures above), but it seems like there is no software tool or library out there to actually do it.

I have tried the various timeline/gantt chart tools out there and they are all unacceptable for the task.
