Why don't you just ask BonziBuddy for help?
Actually I just recently saw something similar to that on a real-live computer. Not as depressing but quite. The image on my mind tells me she had 8 or 9 different toolbars randomly scattered on her IE8. And the reason was she's basically the type of user that clicks everything on a webpage that looks nice.
What troubles me however is why is that when I see stuff like the first thing that comes to my mind is... China? I mean, it make no sense at all.
haha, that made my day.
Ha, ha. This is almost unbelievable.
It reminds me of this British show: How Clean Is Your House?. I saw few episodes last year and watching them was almost like watching a horror movie.
And every character from these episodes had an excuse why he lived in a pigsty. Likewise, some people just can't help clicking on a smilie a few times a day.
Yup.
My grandfather's IE looks like that. He even has this huge sprite of a butler (like that purple gorilla) that walks out and announces new messages. His system takes a few hours to boot too.
Actually, I know a couple people like this. I don't get it, really.
Who would do that to an innocent computer?
Oh my god that's awful! And only 18 pop-up windows blocked...
Would the universe implode if you put the same search terms in each search box and then hit them all at the same time?
There's some iconic truth to the image though. A fair representation of the internet these days. Andy Warhol could make something of it.
I would hope that it was more true during the days of Web 1.5 (the transition years between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0...aka from 2000 to 2004 or so) than it is now. I think toolbars were more "popular" back then...and I use that word in the sense that more companies offered them, and that more people were swindled into getting them. I've always hated them.Quote:

Neither do I. Whenever I really want to watch something, I'll go to Hulu.Quote:
