    Yeah, you're right. I was trying my hands on different company's papers coz I'm having placement season in my college now-a-days.

    Right. The comedy of job interviewing when the suddenly enlightened think they have it all figured out on how to get the best possible candidates. It's like the astrologer trying to make it look like astronomy.
