Richard Stallman (gcc) == Rick Rubin (defjam)

Okay, am I the only one who is slightly frightened by this? These guys even have the same first name...could it be that Richard Stallman, the author of *gcc* and the founder of GNU, is actually Rick Rubin, the founder of DefJam records and possibly the most legendary producer of all time (Slayer, Public Enemy, et. al.)?

Here are two pictures of each of them...

If Rubian is 2 & 3, and Stallman is 4 & 2 then who is 1?

Either way, RMS is still a fat communist loser :-)

IMO, he had the plot, but lost it long ago. Perhaps if he had a shave, shower, and had his head checked out then I might actually listen to what he says.

At least he is smart enough not to be a "commie sympathizer" in the land down under. Actually, I notice RMS's homepage has a big Green Party banner on it*. Now that is some stupid tish His alter ego does not appear to have these political problems, at least overtly.

*and, very strangely, the old defjam logo -- upside down!

Looking back in history, it seems like almost all human conflicts are driven by people who hold unassailable opinions. Regardless of what RMS believes or does not believe, I don't like that sort of staunchness.

See my sig.

Since he is not condoning or recommending violence to anyone, I think you have caught yourself in a paradox here brewbuck (read your sig ).

He is not communist. Only people that prefer stairs to escalators are communist.
