About LinkBackshello people... i should be ashamed of myself, but i really don't know the following :
how do i find out whether i have the directx sdk or not. when i dxdiag, it shows directx version 9.0c but i don't know whether it's the sdk.

how do i find out whether i have the directx sdk or not. when i dxdiag, it shows directx version 9.0c but i don't know whether it's the sdk.
if you installed the direct x sdk (which doesnt come witha nything so you most liekely would have to do it) it would be in your start menu like any other program..and it wold have shortcuts to smples and whatnot
Also, even if you do have it, it's good to update it anyway. There was a new DX sdk released this month.
