Amazing game! Blew me away, it was almost too real! hehe
It doesn't seem that hard.... OGL and some classes(each program)... the rest seem quite simple..
You obviously dont know how much underlying stuff you have think about when creating a game.
STL Util a small headers-only library with various utility functions. Mainly for fun but feedback is welcome.
That hit me like walking into a brick wall when I started game programming.Originally Posted by Shakti

Take a look at those screenshots and think again. I guarantee you that isn't "quite simple".Originally Posted by gftmc
@gftmc: it does look simple, but when done it's not simple. Think about all the little details, such as particles, physics (i'm not sure they have it in that game), screen effect, text.....blah, blah, all kind of stuff. Then the sound, music.... It's really easier to think about all of them, but they could drive you nut when you do it. (took me about 4 months to make a breakout game with all kind of fancy graphics, and sounds)
Hello, testing testing. Everthing is running perfectly...for now
