    I am checking it out.

    EDIT:
Well, forget that, I keep entering a valid email and it says it is invalid. Oh well.

I signed up for the site with a yahoo email, and it works fine for me, but you might want to look into how the e-mail sys works because it would not let me enter an email with a '.edu' domain.

But otherwise it looks like a good site, I might actually use it. I am just afraid that I will start using it and, like many fledgling sites of that nature, it will just close down.

    You could always use sourceforge.

I like the appeal of something smaller.

Yeah, sourceforge is a bit... large now. That, and this seems to be strictly gaming oriented, which might up traffic from certain people.

    Thanks for the comments.
Thats strange about the email field. I do however use the php function preg_match to make sure it fit the format of a email address.
I'll look into finding another way to check for a valid email. I don't plan on ever closing this down btw. This is a site I plan on working on for... as long as I have a website on the internet, which I always want to have. My dream has been to create a stable community, and I won't close this down intill it comes true. I also wanted to code everything myself , from new software. I don't want to use any company's software.

They're still programming the system. While I strongly disagree with doing advertising the site while it is still being built and debugged, they have made major advances and the site looks very promising for the longrun.

Excellent site, looks like it could end up being a big hit. One issue though, is that all the image links are broken, although I've found that if you look at the link, then every one has an additional ./ in it that shouldn't be there, which is just before the "includes".
    for example "http://www.gamingdl.com/./includes/uploads/Skynt/ss59se.png"
works if you change it to "http://www.gamingdl.com/includes/uploads/Skynt/ss59se.png"

edit: nevermind, they're all working now /edit

Yeah, the /./ doesn't matter. Actually thats part of a security modification we made so people can't input their own URL when submitting downloads without having a error.
