just got a nice book....

my friend just lent me "Tricks of the Game Programming Gurus" or something like that...and it looks outstanding.. It mainly deals with directX and windows programming which is great for me; i've been looking for a game specific book like this. Also, the fact that i know C++ decently well is excellent.

Too bad i have to do alot of schoolcrap... hopefully i can dig out a few hours to get down to business and start reading it seriously.

i got the same book, but i suppose it was a former version since it had DOS and 13h as a basis... nonetheless, andre lamothe really helped me out! :)

Hmmm...I don't really like that book very much. Just something about it...
