Yeah, I told you that. A lot of members are "across the waters," but you posted at 6 or 7 pm EST and then again at 8 am wondering why nobody had responded :P The interval inbetween those two times is late evening and middle of the night - and I'm in Michigan.

Anyway, I started with SDL, didn't code for a while, forgot the SDL, did a little with WinAPI, got bored and didn't feel like making corny Windows apps and found more interesting reading material than the book I was using, and now I'm starting to mess around with DirectX with the help of NeXe. (Why is it that NeXe hasn't been updated since 2002 and NeHe is updated daily, and is just in general many times better than NeXe? It isn't fair. I want to learn DirectX, but I'd like the site to be better. The tutorials on NeXe, the comparitively few that there are, aren't even very good) Ah, so is life.
    Away.

If you have the knowledge of how to draw directly to any given pixel on the screen without using any API. And a LOT of patience. And a university degree in debugging. And a diploma in frustration management. And a good counsellor to talk you out of suicide.
