I said I would do it (tutorial)

    I said it here: http://cboard.cprogramming.com/showt...highlight=ball

    I did it here: http://confuted.0catch.com/tutorials/ball/ball.html

It's a basic tutorial on making a ball move in a pong game. Give it a read, let me know what you think, and let me know if there are any errors.

Volk, I've posted more links to Google here than you have. People don't seem to know how to follow them though. If they did, they wouldn't ask for help with Tic-tac-toe.

    >Volk, I've posted more links to Google here than you have.

Yay, you get an award! Would you like a sticker? Maybe some cheese, or maybe...

    >People don't seem to know how to follow them though.
Can you give me an example to instance your point? Don't use yourself as an example, though.

    >If they did, they wouldn't ask for help with Tic-tac-toe.
I don't remember any links for that.

Anyway, the members of these boards are here to help people who get stuck while trying to figure stuff out on their own, right?

As for asking a simple question about a 52X CD drive...

I thought you were the one taking it seriously. Look at all of those smilely faces in your posts. Yeah, you see what I'm talking about now?

By the way, you should've wrote a tic-tac-toe tutorial instead.

guys, I'd like to know what you think so that I'll know if it's worth it to write any more tutorials on other subjects (like tic-tac-toe )...

Doesn't that poll of yours answer your question? Anyway, though the writing is sub par, it's a pretty decent tutorial. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would've preferred some source code.

Well then, I'll add some source code. An updated version will be up shortly - an hour or so from now, probably.

I guess I was closer to finished than I thought when I posted that. It's up now.
