What do I need to know to start games?

I know a little C++. Any ideas of good books?

Here's a step by step guide
    1. Goto bookstore
    2. Goto computer section
    3. Look for books with titles that are variants of "Game prgramming."

Or you could search amazon.com or some other book website.

The guy just asked a question. How about a mature response. It is obvious that most are under the age of sixteen, mentally anyways. This site is to help people, and people should bring their sarcasm elswhere. I know ill get a ton of response to this but I don't care. The owners of this site should redirect you people so that this site can be what it once was. I come here for help, not silly responses from people acting well below their age. I will not respond to anything left, nor read this entry again, because I didn't write this to argue, just to make you people realize why this site was first created.

Tommaso, I don't think your inclined to make a post of that nature, but I won't go into detail why I don't think you are.

As to the poster, the question should be a little bit more detailed than that but at this point it's irrelevant. As to where you can find information about creating games, a good place is doing a search for info on this site, like travis wrote. You can also go to my site (follow the link in my sig), and take a look at some of the links I have. I'm sure if you seriously go through my links you'll be able to find all the info you will need.
