    Does allegro work on dev c++?

    ALso which one do people reccomend sdl or allegro.
    I am currently learning sdl. Which one of these is harder to learn?

    Allegro works on almost everything you can possibly imagine
    (maybe not EVERYTHING)
    Anyhow i think learning SDL is a bit harder
    (looking at the tutorials)
    That's because allegro is just simple c so i doesnt make things
    more confusing with classes

    I use Allegro on Dev C++ and it works fine Highly recommended API to start with!
    IDE: Dev C++ 5
    Lib: Allegro
    OS: Windows 2000

    I have allegro, and it's good for the amount of times I actually use it.
