    Sometimes, the farthest point from the center is the center itself.

    Your life is your canvas, it's only as beautiful as you paint it.

    it would be REALLY cool if you put in some color, or atleast put it in Graphics Mode. As it is, it's great. Its just that those Cruel One's are annoying...all i ever see is "You have been Slain!"

    Shouldn't the fight end, if enemy has 0 lifepoints?
    Or is it supposed to be so?
    Sauron a few seconds before his defeat:
    "What? A 'division by 0' error?!?"

    the fight is supposed to end when they have 0 hit points, but there was a problem i could never fix that lets them have one more chance to hit you after they have below 0. same goes for you...
    hopefully you can get to level 2 and then youll fight some white imps eh? lol.
    thanks everyone

    Why not jump into opengl, if you could make this then you could do GL.

    ive never been able to learn windows programming because all the tutorials ive found have been for the microsoft compiler. i should probably just buy a m$ compiler....then maybe all the tutorials will work.
    thanks for the suggestion, ive thought about it, lol

    I started by useing glut, and i think it will work with just about any compiler or os.

    I reccomend this page to get started.

    How advanced do you have to be,
    to learn the OpenGL?
    Can I use the Dev-C++?

    As long as you know c syntax you can do opengl, like declareing functions/variables, datatypes, expressions, scope, operators, etc...
