starting my game (yes, the ultimate one)

so should i start out by going through all the tutorials on this site and learning c++??? Then what?

Well, if you want to make a game, learning C++ definately is a smart move.
But don't rush anywhere, you'll have a lot to learn before you can make a game somebody is willing to play.

It takes lots of time to learn enough to write a good game.
