    graphics

    i can program decent but i have visual c++ and want to set the graphics mode to 13h what is the code to do it in protected mode?

    you really can't...
    get a good DOS compiler.

    search the forums, there should be plenty of links to them or just ask around for one.

    Good DOS compiler? I recommend Borland 5.5, It can be found somewhere at Borland

    um am not sure about you're protected mode thing, but anyway, when you use directdraw, i think you can set it similar to mode 13,
