    3d Modeling ?

    What do you use for 3d modeling ? I use blender cause its free and ez to use.

    I use POV-Ray. It's free, too. It's a ray-tracer actually not a modeller. So you have to hand-code your scenes instead of dragging and dropping.

    I use Rhinoceros 3D! It's very simple to use. I taught myself!

    I tried Rhino 3d but still at a very beginner level only because i can't find any good step-by-step tutorials on it, i mean, a thorough one.

    I also tried out blender but hate it's interface. Also can't find clear tutorials on it.

    Any one? Any ideas?

    Well its really easy. In case you didnt see them a few great tutorials come with it in the help menu.

    There are only 3 tutorials that came with the program...

    With 3dsmax?

    there are about 6 tutorial "topics" with 2-5 tutorials in each.
    you can try out gmax which is a free pretty easy to use version of 3dsmax. I really like it. find it at http://www.discreet.com/products/gmax/

    Hi,

    I was actually referring to Rhino3D. ANd when i said there aren't good tutorials on the net, i was talking about Blender.

    Yea i think i'll give gmax a go.

    But does anyone agree that there aren't good tuturials on net about rhino3d and blender? Or can they give a few linkx?

    Goto download to get it. The forums are great, as is the community.

    what did you use to make those??
    they are good.....

    i use Meta... it works good but it is a low poly cad.
