Unhappy I read the FAQ but...

All I want to do is display a simple little bitmap in my program in either 640X480 or 800X600 resolution. Now when I read the FAQ for a moment I thought I had finally found the solution, but the dos version was in 320X200 resolution, and when I clicked on the link for the windows version I got the dreaded "Page Not Found Error" I Don't know enough to modify the dos version into a higher resolution. Can anyone help me either how to modify the dos version or actually find a webpage with the windows version that exists? The link was in section 5.0 of the FAQ.
