    The 'delay()' function and its alternatives...

    Hi,

    I believe that the delay() function is a good one to use for game introductions. What header file should i include to use it?

    Also, is there any alternatives to doing a 'typing effect' ?

    unfortunatly delay() is not a universal function,

    use (sleep()/_sleep()/__sleep()) in (stdlib.h/unistd.h) instead, or make a timer as described in the 'Getting the FPS (Frames Per Second)' thread...
