    Terrarium

I heard about this on a mailing list today. I'll be giving it a go and it looks like a fun way for other board members to practice their C#.

In Terrarium, developers create herbivores, carnivores, or plants and then introduce them into a peer-to-peer, networked ecosystem for a survival-of-the-fittest type competition. The game provides both a competitive medium for testing your software development and strategy skills as well as a realistic evolutionary biology/artificial intelligence model for evaluating the role that various behaviors and traits can play in the fight for survival.

Looks awesome, one month left before school begins so I hope I can still mess around with this a bit before school starts.

Thanks for sharing this with us .

I just tried to visit the site and I'm getting absolutely no response from it. Just my luck that it goes down once I find out about it.

Edit: The server is back up and I got the program, but I'm behind a NAT and I can't configure it so I guess I won't be using this program.
