| C#, Programs vs Gaming, What is it aimed twords? ie, like C++, can it do anything i want it to for the most part? It just has more bells and whistles for "streamlined" production? Or will games and junk soon be base coded in C#? (not taking into account the graphics end like OpenGL/DX ect., just coding in C++/C#) And if you dont think game makers will code them in C#, why is that so? Thanks to any replies!

| An Example of C# programming is Ultima Online I can scrape up some source for that if you like, but other than that, I'm not sure why they use that and not C++ :\ |

| First of all, there are no quick games, so if you want to make a quick one, your screwed. Second, DirectX works with any programming language that uses COM. It works with BASIC, C, C++, and if it uses COM even C#. I haven't written a line of code in C# but I program in C++ and DirectX and that is how it works. I am sure the if you can use DirectX with BASIC then you can use it with C#.
