    Cool Tutorial

Where I can find a good C# tutorial?
What's better JavaScript, Perl or C#?

    A good C# website: < www.csharp-corner.com >

If you are exclusively using the Microsoft operating system than you should use C# and become familiar with the .net framework.

If you are exclusively using Linux, than pearl is provided for free and is worth learning as well as a host of other languages that are provided.

If you are not tied to any operating system in particular, than you can use Java anywhere.

It really depends on the context and what type of work you are doing. If you want any real answer than you have to do some research. This website does not offer insight into these things.
