    Does C# have a development front end like VB? Meaning, can you drag and drop an interface like you can in VB?

    Yes. The IDE looks like VB, but has even more features that are similar to Borlands ease of use.

    Cool. But the code isn't structured like VB is it? It flows in a more logical style (Java like), right?

    The code conforms to a Common Type System so that you can have cross language compatibility. Managed code.
