| I'd like to know what valid reason you have for disabling the last escape route from a nearly dead machine. I know of lots of invalid reasons, but they're all malicious in nature. I want to see what a good reason looks like. |

| okz.. but first promise me, that you do not laugh at my reason  ..reason is that.. i have p4 computer 1.6ghz with 256Ram.. When, I In Login To Windows XP , it Loads 5 to 6 Programs.. My Young Brother Usually Start playing Counter Strike, When windows in its Loading State (Initial State in which all Programs were loading). i want 2 to 3 minutes of Pausing the Keyboard and Mouse, by this.. My Windows XP can easily Load All Programs .please don't take me wrong.. thank you!!. |

| So why not generate a user account and an admin account? How are you both using the machine at the same time? |

| what do u mean?? user account and an admin account... if any thing Install in admin account, then it is also Install in every account... i think, you did't catch ma Question.... when my young brother use my computer, He did't wait for loading windows startup files, by this my computer usually goes to hang state for a minutes!! .. please tell me, if you know, how to pause computer for atleast 2 minutes... | Well presumably while all the loading apps are sluggish, then so is CS. Seems to me your bro needs to learn some patience. Or just write a cs.bat file which reads sleep 120 cs.exe |
