Looking for a bug tracking system

We are looking for a bug tracking system for our organization. We are mainly looking for an application that is easy to configure, allows working on multiple projects in the same time and has a Windows and Web user interface. Can anyone make any suggestions?

My company uses JIRA, and it seems to work pretty well.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

For "commercial" side of things, TeamTrack is a big, sturdy and full-featured bug-tracking system. But I agree with the bugzilla suggestion - it's good and "free".

We used Siebel CRM at my previous company and I absolutely loved it!
I'm using Bugzilla now at my current company and, well, now I can see why Bugzilla is free...

We use TTP or Test Track Pro. It seems to do ok.
