    Can you be more specific?

For example, is your PC and your "electronics circuit" connected by a USB cable?

If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

    That was more information?

What device(s) are at the other end of the USB cable, on your "electronics circuit" ?
Are any of them programmable - if not, then the answer to your question is an immediate "no".

Is this circuit something you've built yourself - in which case, you should already know the answer.

Or is it some pre-built module you just paid for and plugged in. Do you have any sites where we might find out more information for you?
