There's no errata for the 4th edition. The errors are very sparse and easy to detect though. Are you having trouble with some specific part of the book?
The programmer’s wife tells him: “Run to the store and pick up a loaf of bread. If they have eggs, get a dozen.”
The programmer comes home with 12 loaves of bread.

Don't know about the errata for that book.

Is there an answer book for the 4th edition?
I know there is already available for the 3rd.
