Well for a start have you made sure the file exists...your program should really do that for you.
If the file doesn't actually exist and you copy from it then there is probably no wonder that it doesn't work.
No the file does exist i made the file(test firstly).

keep updating your code... make sure to include everything from the includes to the last bracket.... so we can check whats goin on
