    One question comes to mind - did you think of hiring a private tutor? Explaining all this to someone who either has a problem with what the book says, or has a problem even reading a book would take a considerable amount of time!!!

    in that case I would suggest google.com and the frase "C++ tutorials" in the search engine...

    Too much at once

    If you want help, people will be glad to help you. However, one should usually have one or two specific questions in mind, and having at least a small snippet of your own code to show helps even more. Online tutorials can also be very useful :-)
