    Please don't bump four month old posts and multiple problems arose in this topic, so could you be a bit less vague as to the problem you're having?

    its the same problem JustinAllard is having
    Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition only compiles C code
    but not C++

    #<iostream> instead of #<stdio.h>
    cout<< and cin>> instead of printf and scanf

    The former is C++ and the latter is C. If you'd read the entire topic, we answer his question.

    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
    If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
