Starting a program

I have an assignment to do for college but I'm not on here to cheat. :) Basically I've read 200 pages of my C++ programming book on everything up to classes, pointers, memory allocation, overloading, etc. and I understand pretty much everthing. When I looked at my assignment though I just don't know how to get started.

I don't really understand what I'm being asked to do. Could someone give me hints on what I need to do to get started? Any tips would be great. If you need more info just ask.

That already exists. Call your class something else.
