how would you go about changing the text colour output in your c++ program,
i read that you can use the textcolor(); function in conio.h but that doesn't work.
i'm using microsoft visual c++.
any ideas?

Only on Windows.Code:#include <windows.h> // ... SetConsoleTextAttribute( GetStdHandle( STD_OUTPUT_HANDLE ), Number from 0 to 255 );
From C to shining C++!
Great graphics, sounds, algorithms, AI, pathfinding, visual effects, cutscenes, etc., etc. do NOT make a good game.
