    Maya .obj files -> OpenGL?

    Would anybody happen to know of a good tutorial on how to utilize .obj files with openGL? Any links would be appreciated!

    Ok you shouldnt bump, but dont be mean about it. Come on guys, lets try to be mature. When you find out Two31D let me know, i do some 3d stuff from time to time in Blender. What are you trying to do with the .obj file? Good luck! Hopefully someone will be able to help you out.

    Yeh sorry for the bump, but generally once a thread reaches the 2nd or 3rd page nobody will respond to it. Bringing Up My Post ain't really the worst thing to do, in my opinion.

    Well.. I have some information, but I'm not sure it applies to you.

    http://www.gamedev.net/community/for...opic_id=312335 tells you how to load ascii .OBJ files apparently. But its not specific to OpenGL, and I know if thats works for Maya formats. Someone at the bottom says they will attach a file of the OpenGL version, but never does.
