Question Converting resources from Borland to Microsoft

I have been asked to convert a large project written using Borland C++ 5.02 to Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. The format of the resources used by the two IDEs appear to be incompatible. Can anyone give me any advice on how to carry out the conversion? Are there any tools to do this? Or books/websites which tell you what to do?
