Question for people who use or have used the Dark SDK

If you have used the dark SDK, would you reccomend buying it, or would you reccomend just learning direct X and typing it all out my self.

I have a lot of experience with Darkbasic Professional, and programming 3D games is a breeze.

Do you think the final product of the game using the dark SDK is as reliable and quality as me typing in the direct x?

Well I look at it as a fun toy but not really something I would call 'Professional'

Have you used the dark sdk? If you have can you tell my why you would not consider it professional?

I am considering purchasing it, but I want some reviews from users past or current.
