    substr() problem

    sorry that was a very stupid mistake..i just been working on this for a while...i should take a break!..

    .50 is a double and progStartTime is a string. Think about it a little and try to figure out why it cannot be compiled!
    Gotta love the "please fix this for me, but I'm not going to tell you which functions we're allowed to use" posts.

    In that case don't modify your post like that, instead reply and say that you've solved problem
