Hey, I'm trying to have a function that is a member of a large class. I'm having trouble with some if statements. Here's an example of what I'm doing.
This is the sort of problem my compiler gets. On the first else if, it says there is a syntax error becuase there are two if statements, and they both have num1 equal to 10. This is an exaggeration of my problem, but it is still a major thorn in my hide. Does anyone know how I could sidestep this?Code:int classa :: functiona () { if (x > y && y < z) num1 = 10; else if (y > x && y < z) num1 = 10; else if (y > z && y > x) num1 = 10; }
