    I don't understand how you're going to open a shortcut that doesn't exist unless you package one with your program...

    There's tutorials too, look for TheForger's tutorial on google.

    Anyway, I thought you said you didn't need any of this stuff if you just knew how to make a shortcut to a URL? There's been plenty of examples of how to do so.
