    Input Log:

    Good Afternoon:
I have searched the net and the forums (here) seeking information on logging input as well as output; generally, a log to record standard , user input along with system\ code response. I would like to write it into my C++ code where data would then be saved into plain text file on hard ("C") drive. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Maybe I should explain: yes, a keylogger would work I suppose. But first of all, I had no idea that according to people on these boards, keyloggers are akin to virus manufacturing, etc. If I wanted a keylogger for malicious reasons I could very easily download one of many for free off the Net.
I am completing a decryption program that scans encrypted text for reoccuring letter frequency ( a method used in manual text decryption.) I wish to log all input text and its frequency result FOR THE USE OF THE USER after they run their text through my program, a convenience which will allow them to have a hardcopy of the scan for themselves. That is my only intention.
