Can't define object in seperate files

I'm having the a terrible problem in C++ .NET
    I have a main.c, and callbacks.c and func.h
Everything compiles and works fine, however if I add a new class, I immdiately get a syntax error ";" at the top of the new header file along with a few other errors.
PLEASE HELP, i've got an assignment due soon!
