If you go to the front page of the site there is a set of flags you can click to change the language. And German isn't really that hard to understand. In fact I learned a few words just by looking at that one page.

And why pay for something that seems to just teach the basics when you can easily look for online tutorials on Google. Not to mention you can find quite a variety of types of tutorials from ones designed for people who want to brush up on their skills to ones made for absolute beginners.

No, I don't run this website. It is a live-online-elearning-board with a learnlinc server. You only need the client software and a headset. The current cost is 60 Euro per year (perhaps you can ask for lower annual costs, if you do not understand German courses), then you have a lot of courses for free. In the next time more English courses will come (e.g. Java). I start with a basic C++ course, later courses with OOP and STL.

I ran the number through a currency converter and the amount comes out to be about $73.12. If this allows for unlimited courses for that price then it is a good deal. My local community college charges about $65 per credit and most of the programming courses are about 4 to 5 credits so it adds up fast. Not to mention the book prices.

I wouldn't bother with this myself though since I learn easily enough through tutorials/books and examining code but to somebody who struggles with tutorials and books this might be a good idea.
