you can import a .jpg, but your only problem would be displaying it, and you only know how to display a .bmp. right?

I didn't actually go to any of those links, but WotsIt.org has never let me down with file formats.

Of course, instead of doing it yourself, I'm sure there are some third party JPEG loaders out there.
