If you can't find good tuts in your own language, then NeHe is definitely the best choice.

http:\\nehe.gamed.dev.net is a great source, gametutorials.com seems to fill in some of the gaps nehe missed. also there are some others..... *scratches head* can't remember tho... try a google search lol (had to be said before some1 else did)
